- What is the first step?

After you reach out via the contact form or text, we will discuss what you have in mind for your photography needs. Type of need, potential locations, time of day and scheduling are a few topics. Collaboration from the start is important to me.
- What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens, so rescheduling is not a problem. We will try to schedule the next possible time that will work for both of us.
- Is a deposit needed?

Yes. Typically, 50% of the session fee is due at the time of scheduling, and the balance of the session fee is due the day of the session. Completion of a Model Release form is also required with the initial payment. The form will be emailed for your completion online. There is no need to print anything.
- What payment options are accepted?

Cash, check or Venmo are options for payment. Credit card payment is coming soon.
- How long to wait to see proofs?

Proofs will be available within in one week. At this point in the process, they will not be fully edited and may still require lighting, color, cropping, touch-up, etc.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes…session deposits are non-refundable.
- Do I get digital copies of the pictures?

Yes. You will receive a link to digital files, and the quantity of included poses will be determined by the package agreed upon.
- What areas of Pittsburgh do you serve?

Great question. I live in Canonsburg, which is in the South Hills, so all of the South Hills (Peters Twp, South Park, Bethel Park, Eighty-Four, Washington, South Fayette, Upper St. Clair, Heidelberg, Mt. Lebanon, Bridgeville, Finleyville, Library, etc.) is easily in range. Outdoor photos in downtown Pittsburgh are also available for no extra travel charge. If a location happens to be farther than 30-45 minutes from Canonsburg, I may ask for a modest travel charge as part of the session fee.
